Hello! I'm Jake Magaard, a Minnesota-licensed real estate professional with Realty Executives, serving central Minnesota and the Greater Alexandria Area. Growing up outside Sunburg on a black-angus beef farm, I developed a work ethic early on that I carry into every job. When it was time to get a job, I worked for a commercial and residential painter, which gave me a unique perspective on homes and properties as I worked alongside, asking questions to contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and other skilled tradespeople. I learned early on the importance of quality workmanship and attention to detail, and understanding how every piece of a property comes together. Today, I bring that hands-on experience to help my clients make confident and informed decisions.
